My Grandma and I were talking today about the faithfulness of God. My grandma whom I have had the privilege of studying the Word of God with my whole life was telling me she could write a book about how faithful God has been to her.
I said let’s do it. You get started. You have the first one hundred pages and then I will take it from there.
This is her current story (I hope she doesn’t mind me sharing). Living on Social Security. Just had home taxes due this month. Car license plates to pay for. Car insurance. She pays everything after she tithes.
As she was sitting on a frontage road at a stop sign two days ago, someone turned too close to the corner, crosses the line, hit the front end of her car and continues to drive away.
With all these things going on in her life (finacially) and she is reminding me how faithful God has been to her. Explaining how He has always taken care of her and she is confident that He always will.
What an inspiration she is. She says she doesn’t have to worry about where the money is going to come from or if she is going to get it because she knows that GOD IS FAITHFUL.
She is right. He will never leave us nor forsake us.
